Gulfview Pointe is centrally located to everything Key West has to offer. Minutes to both the airport, grocery stores and all the action in Old Town. It's an easy bike ride or even walkable to Old Town if you're feeling a bit more energetic. Uber/Lyft or just take your car or golf cart for a more leisurely trip to anywhere on the island. Either way, soak in the sun and friendly locals while you stop at one of the hundreds of restaurants and bars around town.
Our Community
Gulfview Pointe is a small gated community with the hard to find peace and tranquility in Key West that you deserve. There are 25 homes and townhomes in the community each with two parking spaces and most have small pools and many have docks to enjoy.
On The Water
There are very few single family and townhomes on the water in Key West. Gulfview Pointe has it all, water access, long range views and year round sunsets. Bring your boat, kayak or SUP and enjoy all that Key West life has to offer.
